14-DAY RETURN POLICY
Sofas & Furniture
All purchased sofas and furniture items are eligible to be returned for exchanges, store credit, or refunds. The item must be in unused condition, with all original packaging, cushions, accessories, hardware, and components included in the same condition as received upon delivery. We reserve the right to deny any returns that do not meet the condition or packaging requirements.
Please note:
- Custom-made or made-to-order furniture is not eligible for return.
- Clearance or final sale items are not eligible for return.
- Return shipping, pickup, and restocking fees may apply.
RETURN RPOCESS
Items must be requested for return within 14 CALENDAR DAYS of your product’s delivery date.
Step 1
Send an email to info@luxevelouria.com to start the return process — within 14 days of delivery of your order.
Step 2
From here, one of our Customer Service agents will review your request and provide instructions regarding your furniture return or pickup scheduling.
Step 3
If approved, our team will arrange a furniture pickup carrier or provide return shipping instructions depending on your item and location.
Please ensure:
- The item is accessible for pickup
- All cushions and accessories are included
- The item is properly packaged if required
Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the required criteria. Once your return has been approved, you will receive a confirmation email from our team.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to process depending on your financial institution.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your furniture arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so our team can assist you as quickly as possible.

Do you have free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping in the U.S. with all purchases. Your product may arrive in 2-4 weeks after we ship it.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide! Delivery times and shipping fees vary by destination. You can view detailed shipping info at checkout. During checkout, choose your country to insert your Shipping Address. You will have the option to choose the Shipment Method and Delivery Speed.
Please note that any applicable taxes will be added, depending on your country. Luxe Velouria cannot alter or change VAT or Customs fees, as these are independently charged via the courier and receiving country.
The customer is in charge of paying for any additional fees or import taxes that will occur after the products have been shipped out from Luxe Velouria's fulfillment facility.
